Round side induction coils are used for heating nuts, couplings, gaskets, hinges, exhaust pipes, bolts and other applications where the coil can be freely slid onto the part to be heated.

Choose the coil diameter so that a gap of approx. 2 mm is left between the heated part and the coil threads. This prevents excessive coil wear and burning of the insulation by the hot material.
