Innovative inductor with two-piece ferrite core
Dear Customers,
We are currently launching a modified rectangular inductor for the DHI-191 and DHI-190, machines designed for the most demanding heating applications.
The change is in the ferrite core itself, which now consists of two mutually insulated parts glued together.
This design change brings several key advantages:
- Optimization of thermal stress
The division of the ferrite core means better heat distribution and dissipation, reducing the risk of cracking or burning at high temperatures. - Increased service life
Related to the previous point is an increase in the overall service life of the inductor, which means lower costs. - Easier refurbishment
The supplied fixture, into which the prepared ferrite core is precisely placed, makes replacement easier. The split core also increases assembly tolerances and can compensate for minor changes in the spacing of the inductor tubes due to operational deformation. - Additional insulation between ferrites
The layer between the two ferrite parts acts as additional insulation, which increases the reliability of the device.
