The second training session at our new training center is now successfully behind us. Just like during the first round, we welcomed both business and maintenance partners — with both groups training in parallel, each following its own agenda and pace.

The business-focused part of the training covered induction straightening techniques, selecting the right equipment, and effective communication with end customers. The presentation of welding tables and accessories from Strong Hand Europe and AEK Welding also sparked strong interest.

Meanwhile, the maintenance team focused on practical aspects of device operation — including fault diagnostics, proper handling, and typical service interventions. Participants had the opportunity to try everything hands-on in real-life scenarios.

The day concluded with a tour of DAWELL’s production facilities, where participants got a behind-the-scenes look at how our technology is brought to life.

Once again, the feedback confirmed that combining theory with hands-on experience truly makes sense. A big thank you to everyone who took part — we’re already looking forward to what’s next.
